Open body pinch valve
The function of Open Body Pinch valves is to stop or activate the flow of material through manual or mechanical activation. Our valves are manufactured in Steel A36 and 1045 and have been designed with the efficiency of the materials, durability and ease of installation of the sleeves, essential part of the valve which isolates the components of the flow with the steel parts of the valve avoiding corrosion and contamination in both directions.

Sleeves
The sleeve is an essential part of the pinch valve or pinch valve. Its main function is to stop the flow of material through the activation (mechanical or manual) of tightening of the valve. Another function of the sleeve is to isolate the components of the flow of the parts of the valve, avoiding corrosion or contamination in both directions.

Cord Fabric
Fabric made of nylon threads coated with unvulcanized natural rubber. The use of the polyester fabric used in the manufacture of the pinch sleeves is to give it resistance to pressure depending on the use of the product. The presentation of the fabric is in 92 cm wide rolls and its distribution is carried out for a minimum of 10 kilos
